Our project aims to help the employment of those who had recently lost their job for any reason and those who has recently graduated from their schools.

For this purpose;

To establish a Training Center for improving their Computer and internet using skills, To use the Center as a Human Resources Club after the training hours and help to improve their ability to find a job.

With private interviews: give consultancy at finding out the pros and cons of their current level, determine alternatives to improve their weak points, acknowledge about the developments and the new trends in technology and business world.

Organize seminars to inform the club members by volunteers from the academic and business world about the needs of business world and new trends.

To create a web site including the database of individual information of the club members (Moreover all the other outputs of the project will be published at the web site as well; such as news statistics, reports, announcements, articles, etc..)

General Impact of The Project;

• To improve participants by developing their computer based knowledge and the skills that will help evaluating themselves more correctly according to business needs and a general achievement about their individual position.
• To improve social-economic development by increasing the employment level.
• To achieve a more efficient work power.

Specific Outputs of the project;

• Train and give consultancy to nearly 1000 participants through Training Center and the Human Resources Club for better efficiency
• To perform a solidarity among the parties of the project so that unemployed participants should feel themselves better during their unemployment
• To be a bridge between unemployed participants and the business world.
• To provide the consistency of the project through the new volunteers, continue to keep in touch with the employed participants and the Center and Club and availability of all the information and outputs of the Project through the web site.
